Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tools or chemicals in their original industrial-grade packaging, ensuring all manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered to prevent transit delays.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
